SJC Rowing Crew Excels at ASRA. The fifth Association of School Rowing in Asia (ASRA) Regatta was held recently in Dubai. The event was hosted and organized by UAE Sailing and Rowing Federation. This International competition was open to Asian schools and there was keen competition between rowing schools from Sri Lanka, UAE, India and Pakistan. St Joseph’s College, Colombo – 10 who took part in the event for the first time achieved third place in the overal under-20 category winning bronze medals in the double skull and quadruple skull events .
