JPAA President Upali Obeyesekere made an executive decision to appoint Ranier De Lambert, Past-President of JPAA Canada to the post of Honorary Treasurer with immediate effect to replace incumbent Hony. Treasurer Christy Joseph. The latter's letter of resignation is appended below. The resignation was accepted by President Upali Obeyesekere.

I regret to inform you that I must resign my post as acting treasurer effective immediately.

I have been acting in good faith as a treasurer on your call but I cannot commit to continue due to external pressures and circumstances from work.

St. Joseph's College has successfully received a Mechanised Roller courtesy of donations from Old Boys and overseas Old Boys' Associations. This was a dire need for the school and now that this has been added on to the college inventory, the groundsman can quickly have the pitch ready for cricket matches at Darley Road.
